2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship the BarkBrace worldwide, including to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by location.

Definitely. Once your BarkBrace is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. What if I receive a damaged or defective BarkBrace?

We’ve got your back — and your pup’s! If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at carzygadg@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
